What We Accept

Madverse supports AI-assisted music where a human artist remains the creative force behind the work.

We accept tracks where AI has been used as a collaborative tool, provided the music is created using the paid, licensed versions of the following approved platforms:

• Suno 
• Udio 
• ElevenLabs
• Beat Oven

Free tier outputs from any AI platform are not eligible for distribution, as they do not include commercial use rights.

AI Distribution Guidelines

1. No Mention of AI in Metadata (Critical Requirement)

Your release must not include any mention of AI in the title, artist name, album name, or any metadata fields. This is a strict requirement across streaming platforms and non-compliance can lead to immediate rejection.

2. Full Ownership & Rights

You must have 100% legal rights to your submission. This includes the composition, sound recording, and any AI-generated elements, samples, or lyrics used. For AI-assisted tracks, this means you must be on an active paid subscription on the approved platform at the time of creation, with commercial rights granted under that plan.

3. Authenticity & Identity

Your music must not imitate or replicate another artist's voice, style, or identity without clear, documented permission.

4. No Mass-Generated Content

Submitting bulk, generic, or spam-like content designed to manipulate streaming algorithms is not allowed and may lead to takedowns. We support genuine, original artistry.

5. Respect for Intellectual Property

All content must be original and should not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property.

To maintain quality and trust across platforms, please note:

If a release is rejected by any streaming platform (DSP) or does not meet Madverse's internal policies - including AI content policies - it may be rejected or taken down without prior notice.
